We specialise in cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture, for both residential and commercial premises. This includes fitted (wall-to-wall) carpets with stairs, detached rugs, textile-covered padded furniture and cushions such as sofas, dining chairs, computer chairs, armchairs, and mattresses. Additionally, we offer 3M scotch guard fabric protection at an extra charge that provides an invisible barrier surrounding the carpet fibres from absorbing accidental soils and spills.

Depending on the nature of the stain, we can normally achieve an improvement in its appearance. While we put our greatest effort into our service, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. Under normal circumstances, our clients are generally very satisfied.

We use top of the line industrial strength steam extraction machines to effectively deep clean by penetrating the fibres of carpets and upholstered furniture and simultaneously extracting the vapour. We also target stains, marks, and trafficked areas with special attention and additional tools for optimal results.

We utilise hot steam combined with a mild and environmentally safe formula to deodorise and clean the carpets/upholstery. This formula is perfectly safe for children and pets.

We offer cleaning service appointments on-site and the process generally lasts about an hour for a residential location, but it is dependent on the amount of service you require. During this time, the machine would emit loud noises, so you may take that into consideration when planning for your children or pets.

We also offer pick up services for detached rugs and re-delivery.

Our policy prohibits our technicians to move dangerous or valuable objects or furniture that may sit on the carpet. This includes heavy furniture or complicated electrical cables, so please make appropriate arrangements to have this organised prior to our appointment. Any items left on the carpets will be left as is and technicians will clean around those sections of the carpet.

Additionally, we would require access to a water source and a place to discard dirty water.

The carpets/upholstery will remain damp at the end of your appointment. Typically, it will take about 6-8 hours to dry in an air-conditioned environment, or a well ventilated room. A dehumidifier would certainly help.

Currently, we accept cash, cheque or bank transfer due latest by the end of the appointment.
